We re-manufacture a complete line of domestic and import diesel engines including Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit and General Motors. |

Each re-manufactured engine is DYNO tested per customer specifications using DT-1000 GO POWER SYSTEMS equipment. The computer generated test results are returned to the customer with the product and a copy of the test results are retained by us for the duration of the warranty. |

We rebuild Allison and General Motors transmissions, as well as, various types of manual transmissions to include Spicer and Rockwell. |
  | Each transmission is DYNO tested using Mustang Dynamometer. Leak detection tracer dye is used to detect leaks. The computer generated test results are returned with the product and a copy is retained by us for the duration of the warranty |
 | An Axiline Solenoid Machine is used to test the electronics and hydraulic functionality of each solenoid. |

Fuel pumps are rebuilt and calibrated per TM9-2320-289-34. The pumps are calibrated using Bacharach Specialist 10 test benches and a Bacharach PDFM 801 Digital Flow Meter. |
 | Axels are rebuilt in accordance with military standards and the OEM Field Service Manuals. All axles undergo a Bleed Air Test to ensure all seals and housing gaskets are free from leaks and other defects. |
